How do you hold onto hope on the hardest days?

Today I’m going to talk about how to keep going even when we’re having a tough day. Or how to take a day off to regroup and come back strong.

Sometimes we need to take a day off and just rest.

We also need to know why we keep fighting to continue our healing journey. You need to hold onto that why during the hardest days.

I hope this podcast episode helps you see how far you have come and helps you see your inner strength will help you keep going.
