I’m working on being content with what I have and where I am in life without being complacent. I think the main thing is to find balance. I know for myself I often land on the side of discontent with my situation which can lead to ungratefulness.

I know when I work on being grateful it helps me balance things out. I use a gratitude journal most nights to list three things I was grateful for during my day. Another tool I was taught by a friend is to be thankful in my prayers, especially on the most difficult day.
