***I am still compiling this resource list. I wanted to go ahead and publish it so you wouldn’t have to wait to find the help you may need.***

Here are some of the resources I have found helpful as I moved from victim to survivor.

I have a feeling this list will change as I continue to learn more.

First Get to Safety

Thehotline.org Head to The National Domestic Violence Hotline website to find a number to call and speak with someone. You can also chat on the website.

Search for your local domestic violence organizations. Even if you don’t need to stay at a shelter they can help you with local resources and a safety plan.

Youtube Channels

There are lots of wonderful youtube channels out there to learn from. I’m sharing some of my favorites.
